Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet organizational staffing needs. This role manages the full recruitment cycle, partners closely with hiring managers, and helps build a strong employer brand through effective candidate engagement and recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Create and maintain job descriptions, interview guides, and recruitment materials.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and guide hiring managers through decision-making.
  • Prepare and extend job offers; support pre-employment processes and onboarding.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Promote the employer brand through recruitment events, job fairs, and candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and equitable hiring practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with major job boards, social platforms, and ATS tools.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of hiring best practices, interviewing techniques, and employment regulations.
