Job Overview

We are looking for an intermediate-level Accountant who will handle a wide range of accounting and finance-related tasks. This role requires someone detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working closely with the HQ Finance Department while managing local accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle account booking and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
  • Process salary computations and coordinate payroll-related matters.
  • Verify and process taxation-related reimbursements and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain and organize accounting documents for easy tracking and audit readiness.
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for coordination with the HQ Finance Department regarding financial reports, approvals, and updates.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting requirements.
  • Assist in budget preparation, cost tracking, and variance analysis.
  • Handle ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience (intermediate level).
  • Proficient in accounting systems and MS Office applications (especially Excel).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and payroll processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with multi-location or regional finance teams.
  • Familiarity with Philippine tax regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
