About the role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our team at st. catherine realty corporation' in Pandan Angeles City Pampanga. As a full-time member of our accounting department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall financial well-being of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, account reconciliations, and invoice processing
  2. Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents
  3. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
  4. Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our accounting processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant experience in bookkeeping or small practice accounting, preferably in the real estate industry
  2. Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to financial record-keeping
  3. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues and stakeholders
  5. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Relevant qualifications or certifications in accounting or finance
