We are looking for a highly experienced
IT Business Analyst
with at least 8 years of professional experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management. This role requires deep expertise in IT systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to deliver effective business solutions in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Work closely with development, testing, and project teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and align with business goals.
  • Conduct process analysis and propose improvements to optimize business and IT operations.
  • Support the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including business requirements, use cases, user stories, and process flows.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of IT solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Proven ability to gather and document requirements, create process flows, and define technical specifications.
  • Experience working on complex IT systems, applications, and integrations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across multiple levels.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, or equivalent.
