About the role

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking an experienced Business Analyst - SAP to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our SAP implementation projects. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Gather and document business requirements, analyse processes, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the seamless integration of SAP solutions into our existing systems
  • Test and validate the implemented solutions to ensure they meet the defined requirements
  • Provide user training and support to ensure a smooth transition to the new systems
  • Document processes and procedures to maintain knowledge and facilitate future improvements
  • Continuously monitor and optimise the performance of the SAP systems

What we're looking for

  • experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on SAP implementation
  • Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical requirements
  • Proficient in using SAP modules and tools, with the ability to configure and customise them as needed
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
