Purpose of Role
TIS SaaS refers to the Treasury Intelligence Solutions platform, which is a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform used by multinational corporations for managing corporate payments, cash flows, and liquidity.

Key Features and Functionality
The TIS platform functions as a central hub for an organization's finance and treasury operations, providing the following capabilities:

• Centralized Payment Processing: It consolidates payment processing across various global entities and seamlessly integrates with a company's existing ERP, TMS, and HR systems.

• Bank Connectivity: The platform connects to over 11,000 banks worldwide, standardizing communication and payment formats.

• Cash and Liquidity Management: TIS offers real-time visibility into global cash positions and cash flows, enabling better forecasting and informed investment decisions.

• Security and Compliance: It includes built-in fraud prevention, audit capabilities, and security certifications (such as ISO 27001 and SOC 1 & 2) to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

The TIS Business Analyst will support across a number of areas in relation to TIS, this includes payments, bank statements, Transaction screening and business support.

Payments
- The TIS Business Analyst (BA) provides support, requirements gathering, analysis and testing to assist in the integration of legal entity ERP platforms to ensure payments can be made with the local market bank/s.  This support will include bank specification review (with assistance from TIS), Testing and guidance to ERP teams on development requirements.

Bank Statements
- The TIS BA will support in integration of bank statements with the banks, upgrading of formats and integration with ERP's.

Transaction Screening - This refers to either or both - Sanctions screening and Safelisting, where it is rolled out to markets to ensure payments are being made to vendors correctly.

Support
- Review of tickets for new users / amendment of user roles and any issues which may be faced with the processing of payments.  Note DDC currently do a majority of user roles but sometimes need support.

The scope of the role will continue to broaden, but key areas of responsibility are as follows:

• Lead by example, providing guidance and support to other ERP Teams and finance teams.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and process excellence.

Partnership

• Act as a key contact for escalating TIS issues and queries.
• Collaborate with EPR and Finance teams to resolve challenges.

Operational

• Work in conjunction with TIS PM and ERP teams in Market projects in the roll out of TIS or amendments to payments and bank statement integration.
• Support in resolving TIS processing issues and user / role creation.

Continuous Improvement

• Champion process improvement with TIS.
• Lead knowledge sharing and best practice initiatives across business and GBS.
• Support system migrations and enhancements.

Skills and experience required

• Minimum 3 years in a Business Analyst role, with deep payments experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent or related.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and financial reporting tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in technical analysis of specifications and requirements gathering.  Regarding TIS, this will be in relation to bank specifications and idoc review and guidance.
• Strong collaboration and partnership mindset, ability to work in a matrix organization.  Cultural awareness/understanding; agile in adapting approach to optimize working relationships.
