About The Role
Are you passionate about shaping the future of financial technology across Asia-Pacific?
We're seeking a dynamic Regional Solutions Head to lead Intellect's solution strategy, customer engagement, and business expansion across the APAC region.
In this high-impact leadership role, you will define and deliver innovative digital banking and financial solutions that power transformation for some of the region's leading financial institutions. Working closely with sales, product, and delivery teams, you'll bridge strategy and execution—bringing visionary ideas to life.
What You'll Do
Drive Growth & Market Leadership
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Intellect's solution suite across APAC.
- Partner with the sales team to identify new opportunities, craft strategic account plans, and drive high-value deal closures.
- Lead impactful client engagements, product demos, and solution workshops to showcase innovation and business value.
- Shape winning RFP/RFI responses and build strong, data-backed business cases.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with C-level executives, partners, and key industry influencers.
Design Innovative Solutions
- Architect tailored digital transformation journeys for banks and financial institutions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align solutions with market needs and regulatory landscapes.
- Develop regional solution roadmaps, architecture frameworks, and deployment strategies.
- Stay ahead of fintech innovation—AI, cloud, data, and compliance trends that redefine digital finance.
Strengthen Market Intelligence
- Analyze industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive moves to inform strategy.
- Build competitive intelligence frameworks and positioning tools to win in key markets.
- Share insights to continuously evolve Intellect's product portfolio and value proposition.
Champion Client Success
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on their digital transformation journeys.
- Conduct executive briefings, design-thinking workshops, and strategy sessions.
- Ensure seamless solution implementation and ongoing client success.
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent revenue growth and market expansion across APAC.
- Strengthened relationships with strategic clients and partners.
- High-impact solution presentations, thought leadership, and deal wins.
- Outstanding client satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.
- Recognized market leadership in key regional financial hubs.
What You Bring
- 15+ years in solution consulting, pre-sales, or business development in fintech or digital banking.
- Proven success engaging with global and regional banks, insurance firms, and FIs across APAC.
- Strong background in digital banking, AI-driven solutions, and cloud technology.
- Ability to engage and influence C-level executives, regulators, and decision-makers.
- Expertise in solution architecture, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of APAC's financial, regulatory, and compliance ecosystem.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or IT.
- Certifications in Cloud (AWS/Azure), AI/ML, or Digital Banking Platforms.
- Experience leading cross-functional, multicultural teams.
- Strong awareness of financial regulations across APAC markets.
