What You'll Do

  • Lead on the ground — actively connecting with educators, school heads, and decision-makers (Field Work).
  • Promote EduQuest's LMS and digital solutions to schools and learning institutions.
  • Identify opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and convert leads into long-term partners.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with administrators, educators, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct powerful product demos, presentations, and solution-based consultations.
  • Collaborate with the team to create winning sales strategies and consistently meet targets.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Keep sales records organized and stay updated on market trends and industry movements.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred)
  • Proven sales experience — EdTech or education industry experience is a big plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Willing to travel for meetings, school visits, and events
