Established in 1999, AXA Philippines is one of the largest and fastest growing life insurance companies in the country. It offers financial security to more than one million individuals through its group and individual life insurance as well as general insurance products through its subsidiary Charter Ping An.

1. Graduate of at least any 4 yrs degree course.

2. Has pertinent experience and knowledge of GI 

3. Has experience in handling and leading people

4. Can handle all branch office supervisory responsibilities according to compliance and organizational policies, including interviewing and hiring, setting goals, business management, performance management, and staff training and development

5. Can manage the daily activities of the branch office, such as claim processing, marketing and auditing, loss prevention, and underwriting.

The Branch Head typically serves as a member of management and is considered a senior level consulting within the organization. As such, the Branch Head provides functional, technical, and process leadership. The primary responsibility of a Branch Head is administration of the day-to-day insurance operation\: client and policy information, customer service, billing, process management, compliance, etc. S/He assigns and directs all work performed in the branch and supervise all areas of operation. S/He will manage staff, foster a positive environment, and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. S/He will be committed to the expansion and success of the branch by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.The Branch Head typically serves as a member of management and is considered a senior level consulting within the organization.
