Job Summary:Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct legal research on US laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and edit contracts and legal documents.
  • Assist with cross-border transactions and compliance with international laws (e.g., GDPR, US privacy laws).
  • Support litigation efforts and prepare legal filings in US courts.
  • Maintain legal records and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Communicate with clients and external legal teams in both regions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal, with expertise in US and European law.
  • Strong knowledge of US legal systems, especially contract law and compliance.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fluency in additional languages (e.g., French, German).
  • Experience with GDPR and other international regulations.
