Legal Content Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our growing legal team.

This individual will play a key role in supporting the development of our legal tech product, helping us deliver accurate, up-to-date legal information to customers.

You'll work closely with attorneys, product managers, and content specialists to ensure our platform reflects current legal standards and serves as a trusted resource for HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer legal queries in a clear, professional, and timely manner based on SLA requirements
  • Developing and maintaining legal content, including templates, policies, how-to guides, checklists, FAQs, articles, etc., tailored to employment law for HR professionals
  • Conducting quality assurance reviews of legal content and data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity
  • Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on changes to federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to incorporate legal insights into the platform
  • Supporting legal research, documentation, and process improvements to enhance product reliability and customer trust

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or 4 years of work experience in lieu
  • 5+ years of experience as a paralegal, with at least 3 years focused on employment law
  • Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws and regulatory requirements, along with multi-state compliance
  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and editing skills
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Experience translating complex legal concepts into user-friendly language and formats
  • Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable using tools, such as legal research databases
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Familiarity with legal technology or compliance platforms products is a plus
  • Experience working with or advising HR or compliance teams is a plus

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHT
