Job Description:

  • Serve as the primary contact point for assigned clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Track client feedback and report trends or concerns to management for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, reports, and client correspondence.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., operations, finance, technical) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities at the site.
  • Ensure all site operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations.
  • Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and other project participants.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in site supervision or engineering in construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
