Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Liaise with managers and clients to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives aligned with organizational goals.

  • Serve as the primary point of communication between internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout project execution.

  • Resource & Task Management

  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Assign roles and responsibilities based on team members' strengths and capabilities to maximize productivity and output.

  • Monitoring & Performance Tracking

  • Develop and maintain a project performance database to monitor progress and ensure project deliverables are met.

  • Analyze project progress regularly, recommending and implementing adjustments to scope or timelines when necessary to achieve optimal results.

  • Risk Management & Reporting

  • Identify, assess, and escalate project risks and issues in accordance with the project work plan.

  • Report project outcomes and potential risks to appropriate management channels to ensure timely resolution.

  • Team Development & Knowledge Sharing

  • Support the development of team members through coaching and sharing of best practices.

  • Provide training and oversight for Brand Ambassadors, ensuring alignment with project standards and objectives.

  • Operational Execution

  • Ensure 100% attendance of Brand Ambassadors during campaign run days.

  • Adhere to organizational standards and best practices to consistently achieve strategic goals.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
