HR Coordinator

We are looking for a HR Coordinator (project based) to be deployed/located in Makati.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Employee Records: Monitoring and keeping both soft and hard copies of employee (on site) records up to date.
- Updating HR Databases: Managing information on new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leaves.
- Assisting in Payroll Preparation: Providing relevant data such as absences, bonuses, and leaves.
- Processing Employee Requests: Handling requests and providing necessary information.
- Posting Job Ads: Collaborating with recruiters to post job ads and process incoming resumes.
- Onboarding New Employees: Providing orientations and explaining company/site policies.
- Coordination: Keeps constant coordination with the manager/supervisor or the management of day to day needed in the project site related to HR concerns.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant or in a similar role specifically in CONSTRUCTION Industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with HR software (like HRIS or HRMS) and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge: Understanding of labor legislation.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, time-management, and teamwork skills.
- Education: A degree in Human Resources or a relevant field is often preferred
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 8 months
Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
