ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive HR-Admin Coordinator to join our team This role provides essential support to our Human Resources and Administration functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll play a key part in employee onboarding, HR record-keeping, administrative coordination, and liaising with external partners.
This is a full‑time, onsite position (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:36 p.m.).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration or a related field
- 1–3 years' professional experience in human resources, administration, or a related support role
- Proficiency in tech tools, specifically in scheduling and spreadsheets. Experience working with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with HR and payroll systems, including platforms like KAMI Workforce
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Employee Records Management - Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical files), track attendance, leaves, and HR data, and ensure proper documentation systems in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Recruitment Support - Assist in recruitment activities including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating with hiring managers, and scheduling interviews
- Onboarding and Offboarding - Coordinate onboarding processes including preparation of employee documents and new hire orientation, and manage offboarding procedures including exit interviews and clearance processing
- Payroll and Compensation Support - Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and leave records, verifying timekeeping data, and maintaining records of employee benefits and deductions
- Employee Engagement and Development - Support employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, company events, and training sessions, and maintain training records
- HR Operations and Compliance - Implement and monitor HR policies, prepare reports and communications, and coordinate with external agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE) and vendors
- General Administrative Duties - Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, assist in processing business documents for HR and other departments (e.g., business permits, security bonds, bidding documents), and perform other related duties as assigned
