Responsibilities:

  • Work closely and support the merchandising team for the following:
    • processing the allocation plan (SO and DR printing)
    • processing of weekly replenishment (SO and DR printing)
    • delivery schedule and monitoring per store per chain
    • daily sales input on the system
  • Securing all documentation for sampling in the HO and sample introduction to trade partners/vendors
  • Processing all merchandising related documents such as promotion memo, price change memo, events pricelist memo, etc.
  • Coordinating to all vendors or trade partners for all brand concerns such as delivery concern, product returns, opening of new stores, new store and mall policies, etc.
  • Other task assigned by his/her superior

Qualifications:

  • Must be college graduate
  • Experience in the same field is an advantage but not required
  • Trainable and must be detail oriented
  • Must be proficient with the use of excel and other Microsoft applications.
  • Must be willing to report in the office
