Position Overview
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall financial management of the company. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, efficient treasury management, compliance with government regulations, and effective support to business operations. The Finance Manager provides strategic insights to management, safeguards company resources, and drives financial efficiency across departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports for management.
- Provide statistical and financial data to measure business performance.
Treasury Management
- Prepare current cash position reports and cash flow projections.
- Act as co-signatory on company checks and ensure all issued checks are properly funded.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly working capital projections.
- Provide management with financial insights for decision-making.
Revenue & Collections
- Review all billings and ensure invoices are accurate and timely sent to clients.
- Monitor collections, including security deposits, and ensure timely follow-up.
Payroll & Employee Benefits
- Prepare payroll computations and bank advice for disbursements.
- Review and sign statutory forms and updates (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF).
Government Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), City government, and other regulatory agencies.
- Address and respond to inquiries, audits, or investigations by governing bodies.
Audit & Internal Controls
- Oversee timely completion of internal and external audits.
- Review and prepare adjusting entries, tax analysis, and audit schedules.
Accounts Payable & Disbursements
- Review and approve vouchers for check preparation.
- Ensure all payables, including rentals, are settled on time.
Leasing & Property Management
- Prepare Request for Proposals (RFPs) with financial computations for contract preparation.
- Ensure apartment costs and gross margins are updated in the CRM (CHARM).
Advisory & Consultation
- Provide colleagues with guidance on tax, gross margin computations, and other financial matters.
- Conduct reviews of operational expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Risk Management & Governance
- Stay updated on legislation and enforce compliance with accounting regulations.
- Recommend and implement new financial procedures as needed.
- Protect the organization's value by maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
General
- Perform all other duties necessary to ensure the smooth operations of the Finance Department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- At least 5–7 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or audit, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, BIR compliance, and statutory benefits.
- Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management.
- Experience in payroll administration and government submissions.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting/ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Reports directly to: CEO
- Supervises: Accounting and Finance Team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
