Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: BGC City (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday (8:00 AM–6:30 PM), Friday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)

Compensation: ₱120,000 budget range but can negotiate up until ₱150,000 monthly basic + performance bonus

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of leasing and commercial/retail functions. This role is integral in ensuring accurate rent computation, timely collections, financial reporting, and compliance with retail operations standards.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Revenue Management

  • Oversee rental revenue from tenants, ensuring correct computation based on:
  • Monitor tenant sales and ensure proper alignment with rental agreements.
  • Review and approve Statements of Account (SOA) and ensure accuracy of billings.
  • Manage collection of payments from tenants using SAP (current and upcoming S/4HANA migration).

Financial Oversight & Reporting

  • Review and validate all financial transactions related to commercial operations.
  • Prepare and present reports for:
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
  • Provide financial analysis to support leasing and commercial decision-making.

Leadership & Collaboration

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of finance experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong background in mall operations, or retail finance preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAP (experience with S/4HANA migration is a plus).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Experience preparing board-level reports and presenting to senior executives and foreign management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large teams.
  • Keen attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php120, Php150,000.00 per month
