Megaworld Corporation and its Subsidiaries are looking for an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and support strategic growth. This role is responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, and financial presentations, with added emphasis on handling joint ventures and cross-entity collaboration

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred).
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Solid experience in financial reporting, analysis, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Experience working with joint ventures (e.g., financial reporting, consolidation, JV governance) is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in financial systems and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in presenting complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and integrity.
