Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance team and drive financial strategy. As a Finance Manager you'll be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring the company's financial health and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing financial data, preparing reports (including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements), and identifying trends and discrepancies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Cost Analysis: Assisting with cost analysis and reporting, including preliminary cost analyses and variance analysis.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Other Tasks: Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities, reconciling accounts, and handling other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance, including 2-3 years in a management role.
  • Certifications: CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools: Experience with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Effectively communicating financial information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in financial records and reports.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices: Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and other relevant regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php48,000.00 per month
