The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

Overview:

We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial insights. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to drive efficiency across finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage cash flow, treasury, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Review invoicing, monitor collections, and ensure timely disbursements.
  • Oversee payroll processing and compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, and BIR.
  • Ensure government and tax compliance, and coordinate with auditors.
  • Provide financial analysis to support management decisions.
  • Implement cost control measures and efficiency improvements.
  • Protect the company's financial integrity and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
  • 5+ years of finance/accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.
  • Proficient in accounting systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with MYOB or other accounting platforms is a plus
