  • Manage project costs, prepare cost estimates, and oversee contract negotiations.
  • Reconcile pay item for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire protection and Sewage Deliverable Quantities, measurement Breakdown and Work accomplishment of the Project.
  • In charge for the preparation of the monthly Billing with Drawing marked up.
  • Prepare MEPFS Bill of Quantities, Job order, Invoices, Detailed Unit Price Analysis (DUPA) and Purchase order.
  • Prepare Variation order for all works being affected by the design changes.
  • Monitor project budget in comparison to actual accomplishment.
  • Coordinate M&E Drawings into Structural/Architectural Layout and Prepare Details for discrepancies to be discussed with the Project Manager prior to site implementation.
  • With RICS Certificate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
