Job Description:


• Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various sources including job boards, social media, and professional networks.


• Format CVs to ensure they meet the client's standards and present them to the team.


• Create and format Talent Dashboards prior to client consultations.


• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations and provide guidance on career opportunities.


• Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.


• Manage the candidate's experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial outreach to onboarding.


• Develop a strong understanding of the industry, its trends and challenges, and emerging talent.


• Collaborate with the team to develop job descriptions and understand hiring needs to match candidates to the right opportunities.


• Provide guidance and support to candidates on recruitment processes and best practices.


• Maintain accurate records and report on recruitment metrics for management.


• Actively hunt and call candidates throughout the day to ensure a strong pipeline.


• Ensure registration documents are completed and submitted promptly to both the Managing Director and internal team members for client promotion.

Job Qualifications:


• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or any related field.


• 1 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.


• Proficiency in Job Adder and other recruitment tools.


• Demonstrated success in identifying and placing candidates in technical, engineering, and support roles.


• High level of computer literacy.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• High levels of attention to detail and ability to work with a sense of urgency.


• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
