JOB SCOPE:
- Promptly answer all patrons' inquiries regarding the slot machines including features, terms, symbols and denomination.
- Alert technicians in case major repair on machines are needed.
- Observes mode of play and recommends qualified players for membership upgrade or complimentary rating.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least College Level, preferably Information Technology, Electronics or related course.
- Strong attention to detail and be able to work under tight deadlines.
- Quick analytical thinking is required.
