This position will be directly assigned to and work closely with one of our clients. Successful candidates must be comfortable operating in a client-facing environment and aligning with the client's processes and expectations.

Achieve Pole Studio is not just a fitness studio – we're a vibrant, confidence-boosting community helping women feel confident, strong and empowered through pole dance. Our team is growing, and we're looking for a dynamic, heart-led Sales VA who isn't just supporting the sales process – but owning it. Your role will help us generate new leads, grow our community, and support more women stepping into their power.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, high-impact sales role where you'll take ownership of the Achieve Pole Studio sales pipeline — from generating cold leads, to nurturing interest, to converting prospects into paying members.

You'll be responsible for:

● Actively generating cold leads – reaching new audiences who haven't heard of us (yet) but would absolutely fall in love with pole if they just knew what we offer

● Following up warm leads that come through our CRM (Tekmatix) via ads, the website, or social media ● Reaching out to trial attendees to convert them to members

● Calling leads and prospects directly to follow up, answer questions, and encourage bookings

● Booking and managing Discovery Calls and following up after first contact.

You'll get creative with cold lead generation:

● Connecting with women in Facebook groups

● Engaging in conversations on Instagram

● Searching hashtags and locations

● Starting authentic chats in the DMs

● Reaching out via email and phone

● Getting Achieve Pole Studio in front of women who don't yet know that pole dancing is the empowering, confidence-boosting journey they've been searching for.

This role is perfect for someone who's not afraid to pick up the phone, start real conversations, plant seeds, and follow up with purpose – all while sounding like a supportive, sassy friend, not a pushy salesperson.

You MUST have:

● Excellent English (written + spoken, friendly + natural tone)

● Proven sales & lead conversion experience

● Confidence making outbound calls and voice notes

● Comfortable speaking to people on the phone and building rapport quickly

● A heart-led, warm personality — we empower women here

● Strong initiative, follow-up discipline, and attention to detail.
