To lead, supervise, and develop the Sales Team to achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing company strategies, enforcing discipline and standards, ensuring professional conduct, and building a high-performance, aggressive, and accountable sales culture aligned with the company's values and operational systems.
II. CORE ROLE
The Sales Supervisor/Manager/Regional Manager serves as:
· Leader of all sales personnel under assigned territories
· Strategist & Executor of marketing & sales programs
· Enforcer of organizational values, culture, discipline, and standards
· Driver of productivity, performance, and results
· Protector of company interest, compliance, and investment
III. DUTIES, FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
A. Based on Management Quality Standards
Ensure every team member demonstrates:

· Culture: discipline, camaraderie, teamwork, "bayanihan," result-oriented mindset
· Character: honesty, reliability, emotional maturity

B. Based on Marketing & Sales Strategies· Implement all sales and marketing directives from management
· Ensure team compliance with strategic plans, territorial assignments, target accounts, and activity volume
· Train, coach, and correct personnel in line with the company's marketing framework
C. Competency Development· Assess skills of each sales personnel
· Conduct focused coaching and field training
· Enforce competency growth through daily tasks, weekly evaluations, and continuous performance improvement
D. Aggressiveness & Strategic DirectionSales leader must be:
· Aggressive: high-activity, high-pressure, high-performance management
· Strategist: able to plan, direct, and execute tactical sales operations
· Combative: competitive in winning customers, objections, and market share
2. MONITORING OF PEOPLE'S ACTIVITIES· Daily monitoring of field activities (calls, visits, demos, presentations)
· Review Daily Sales Reports (DSR), Weekly Reports, Monthly Scorecards
· Ensure accuracy, truthfulness, and timeliness of all sales submissions
· Conduct weekly activity audits and performance review
· Monitor presence and movement of personnel in assigned territories
3. ENCOURAGE & DEVELOP PEOPLE· Build confidence, aggressiveness, and winning mindset
· Provide personal guidance, coaching, and emotional support
· Reinforce discipline through positive reinforcement and corrective action
· Develop potential leaders within the team
4. MOTIVATE PEOPLE THROUGH MARKETING STANDARDS· Motivate based on structured programs (targets, incentives, bonus, recognition)
· Use strategic motivation aligned with:
o territory performance
o account potential
o competitive activities
· Strengthen morale and unity in the team to avoid internal conflict
· Drive performance through weekly goal-setting and accountability talks
5. REPORTING RESPONSIBILITIESMust strictly report:
· Daily – activities, issues, opportunities, customer updates
· Weekly – accomplishments, pipeline, performance scorecard
· Monthly – sales summary, territory results, challenges, plans
· Submit all reports on or before deadlines
· Ensure accuracy and integrity of all data to avoid misleading management
6. TARGET ACHIEVEMENT (BY ALL MEANS ETHICAL & LEGAL)· Must achieve or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
· Plan and execute strategies to penetrate accounts and convert opportunities
· Solve problems immediately to avoid losing sales
· Secure commitments and close deals aggressively
· Ensure 100% accountability on team performance
7. OTHER FUNCTIONS & AUTHORITIES VESTED BY MANAGEMENT· Approve or disapprove team requests (territory, schedules, documents)
· Enforce disciplinary actions within authority limits
· Lead product launches and strategic hospital penetrations
· Handle customer concerns, complaints, and escalations
· Represent the company in meetings, LGU relations, hospital visits, and bidding
· Protect company assets, reputation, and investments
· Maintain confidentiality of all company information
