Position Overview

At Redmap, our Business Process Outsourcing team plays an integral part in our business, supporting our customers by ensuring their documents are processed accurately and efficiently.

As a Document Analyst you are responsible for ensuring our customer data is entered and processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry and Management


• Accurately input and update data into databases and management systems, ensuring timely and precise entry of information.


• Review and organise documents, ensuring that all data is correctly filed and easily retrievable.


• Conduct regular checks on data entries to verify accuracy and completeness. Identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies in data.


• Handle sensitive information with discretion and in accordance with company policies and data protection regulations.


• Collaboration and Alignment with Business Objectives


• Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure that all data-related tasks align with business objectives and compliance standards.


• Participate in training sessions and contribute to the development of best practices for data entry processes and documentation.


• Generate and maintain reports as required, including raising issues to Data Analyst Leads and submitting support tickets.

Key Requirements


• Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or completed Senior High School.


• 1-2 years of experience in a data entry position.


• Proven track record of meeting performance metrics and maintaining attendance standards.


• Willingness to work at the Mammoth office and adhere to shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.


• Intermediate proficiency in English and Filipino, with strong communication skills both written and verbal.


• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Preferred Skills


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and metric-driven environment, demonstrating initiative and a self-starter attitude
