The firm offers a variety of core consulting services, including Accelerating Change, Lean Six Sigma, Program and Project Management, Change Management, Organization and Development, Leadership and Development, Creativity and Innovation, and Data Analytics.

Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst located in Manila, with flexibility for remote work. The Business Analyst will be responsible for performing business analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements, developing business processes, and communicating with stakeholders. The Business Analyst will work collaboratively with the project team to ensure that the project's objectives are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Analysis
  • Documentation of Requirements
  • Recognizing problems and issue resolution
  • Define functional and non-functional specifications of a project and the client's business processes
  • Perform quality assurance and process improvements, including making sure all documents are properly signed off and approved by relevant stakeholders
  • Define reporting and monitoring requirements
  • Own and develop professional relationships with clients, vendors, partners, merchants, and other 3rd party entities, working with them to optimize and enhance integration and project delivery
  • Help design, document, and maintain system processes to ensure the reuse of all project artifacts, identify common sources of technical or functional issues or gaps, then make ample recommendations to the product team and even back to the Whitehall management team
  • Communicate key insights and findings to both the product team and the project team promptly
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the client and its partners
  • Become an evangelist of proper Business Analysis techniques and share best practices with the Whitehall team and across our clients; document them in Whitehall's repository

Qualifications

  • Analytical skills, Business Analysis, and Communication
  • Experience in analyzing business processes and requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and clients
  • Business Requirements gathering and documentation experience
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php100,000.00 per month
