Job Summary: We are seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst to help monitor and maintain IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring 24/7 network stability, responding to alerts, resolving connectivity issues, and escalating incidents when needed. This role requires technical expertise in network systems, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor network and server infrastructure 24/7 to ensure system uptime and performance
• Respond promptly to alerts, system errors, or outages and escalate as needed
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Create and manage incident tickets, ensuring proper documentation and resolution
• Coordinate with internal and external technical teams to address system problems
• Assist in maintaining asset and configuration records
• Follow standard operating procedures and update documentation regularly
• Participate in scheduled maintenance windows and perform routine system health checks
• Report on system performance and incident trends to improve reliability

Ideal Candidate
- Familiarity or certification with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
- Amenable to Shifting schedule due to the nature of the work
- 2-3 years of experience as a NOC Analyst/Engineer
- Hands on experience with incident management, hardware and software support.
