Position Overview:

The Finance Officer specializing in BIR Compliance is responsible for ensuring that the company fully complies with all Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) requirements, tax filings, and regulatory obligations. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, timely submission of tax documents, and proper maintenance of financial records in accordance with Philippine tax laws

Key Responsibilities: BIR Compliance & Tax Filing

  • Prepare and file all BIR returns such as VAT, EWT, FWT, Annual ITR, 1601-EQ, 2550M/Q, 1701/1702, etc.
  • Ensure timely submission, payment, and compliance with monthly, quarterly, and annual BIR deadlines.
  • Maintain updated knowledge on BIR regulations, issuances, and tax amendments.
  • Process registration updates, ATP (Authority to Print), and books of accounts.
  • Ensure proper documentation and safekeeping of all BIR-related files.

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare accurate financial statements, ledgers, and schedules for internal and external use.
  • Reconcile accounts related to tax payments and filings.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

Audit Support

  • Coordinate with external auditors or BIR examiners during assessments or audits.
  • Prepare and organize all tax records and supporting documents for audit review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
