JOB OBJECTIVE: The objectives of Loans confirmation and releasing are to ensure that all loan documents are accurate and complete, that all loan conditions have been met, and that all funds are released in a timely manner. This includes verifying the accuracy of loan documents, ensuring that all loan conditions have been met, and releasing funds in accordance with the loan agreement. Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing customer service to borrowers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Verifying the accuracy and completeness of loan documents prior to release of proceeds.
  • Confirming loan terms and conditions with borrowers.
  • Processing the loan with correct details with the loan processors.
  • Coordinating with the loan processor about the loan details of borrowers.
  • Ensuring that all loan conditions are met and releasing funds in accordance with the loan agreement.
  • Ensuring that loan computations are correct.
  • Thoroughly discussing each contract/ guidelines to borrowers prior to release of proceeds.
  • Monitoring of pending loan documents of borrowers in compliance with the law.
  • Ensuring compliance with loan terms and conditions.
  • Ensuring funds are released to borrowers in a timely manner.
  • Transmitting of complete original loan documents in a timely and correct manner.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any four-year business-related course
  • Complete knowledge of loan processing.
  • Understanding of loan terms and conditions.
  • Ability to accurately verify loan documents.
  • Ability to accurately release funds to borrowers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
