Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs (onboarding, skills training, leadership development).
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and create training plans.
  • Facilitate learning sessions for employees at all levels.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Manage the training calendar, LMS, and training records.
  • Coordinate with department heads and external training providers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in Training, L&D, or HR role.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with LMS and e-learning tools is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training evaluation methods.
