Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Training Manager to join our team. This full-time, on-site position in Bulacan, Philippines, will be responsible for overseeing training programs across various departments, ensuring their successful execution and achieving 100% completion targets based on the established Training Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure 100% completion of training plans across all departments.
  • Identify department-specific gaps and weaknesses, contributing to corrective actions for improvement.
  • Design comprehensive training programs tailored to each department's needs.
  • Create engaging training materials and presentations for relevant training modules.
  • Conduct competency assessments for all employees as needed.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of training programs.
  • Provide career development sessions for existing employees and facilitate induction for new hires.
  • Collaborate on the development of training interventions to address both internal and external stakeholder needs.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in BS Pharmacy, BS Biology, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Chemistry, or related fields.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in Tikay, Malolos, Bulacan.
