What you'll be doing

  • Providing courteous and efficient customer service via telephone and digital channels
  • Resolving customer inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting improvements
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures and quality standards
  • Continuously developing your product knowledge and communication skills

What we're looking for

  • A positive, customer-centric attitude and the ability to provide excellent service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Proficiency in English and the local language
  • Familiarity with using computer systems and various software applications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; no prior experience required (we welcome newbies)
  • Resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
