About the role

Join the dynamic team at StaffSmart Outsourcing as a Call Center Agent. In this full-time, customer-facing role, you will be the voice of the company, providing exceptional service to our clients. Based in the IT Park, Cebu City, you will play a crucial part in the success of our call center operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers with professionalism and empathy
  2. Provide knowledgeable and efficient assistance to address customer inquiries and concerns
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  5. Contribute to continuous process improvements and team development

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  3. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  4. Familiarity with call center software and customer service best practices
  5. A positive, customer-centric attitude and the ability to work well in a team
  6. Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
