JOB SUMMARY:

  • Post treasury-related transactions (i.e., payment vouchers) in SAP accurately and on time, based on the approved AP vouchers, ensuring SAP entries reflect correct tagging and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare checks based on payment vouchers approved by the Treasury Supervisor or Finance Manager, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents before processing payments.
  • Generate and issue Certificates of Withholding Tax (BIR Form 2307) for applicable transactions.
  • Coordinate with AP Analyst, Treasury Supervisor, and other stakeholders for payment-related concerns.
  • Maintain systematic filing and safekeeping of checks, check vouchers, 2307 forms, and other treasury records.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics, or equivalent.
  • With 3-5 years of experience as a Treasury Supervisory
  • Advanced knowledge in SAP system
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Keen on details, result-oriented, and Meticulous.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
