Structured Finance Sr. Specialist

The Structured Finance Supervisor will play a key role in supporting the company's financing activities—including refinancing, project finance, and loan compliance governance. This role involves close coordination with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., banks, AP Treasury) to ensure timely processing of loan applications, adherence to loan covenants, and alignment with financial forecasts.
The ideal candidate possesses strong financial acumen, an understanding of structured and project finance, and a proactive mindset toward covenant compliance, dashboarding, and project management.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Professional: 4 years in project finance, investment banking, or corporate finance and Treasury (preferably in power, infrastructure, or energy).
Extensive experience in structuring and executing large-scale project financing transactions.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Accounting (MBA, CFA, or CPA is a plus)
