JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Processing, validating and documenting loan modification and policy overrides to ensure compliance and efficient loans servicing.
  • Monitoring of fire insurance and digicur.
  • Proper monitoring and safe keeping of collateral documents.
  • Checks the completeness, validity and authenticity of all documents submitted by the borrower/co-borrower/co-maker.
  • Prepares the Post-Dated Checks (PDCs) and provides a printed copy of PDC list to Treasury Assistant.

QUALIFICATION AND SPECIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1–5 years experience in loan documentation, credit processing, or any related functions.
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role preferred.
  • Perform work-related functions as a Loans and Documentation Supervisor.
  • Strong understanding of loan documentation processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrate impresive precision, accuracy, and attention to detail in reviewing loans document.
  • Has strong customer service skill and good communication skill that enable him to handle different types of client.
  • Organized and and detail-oriented.
