We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel with expertise in real estate to head our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide legal guidance on corporate transactions, contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management. This role requires strong knowledge of property laws, land acquisition, agribusiness regulations, and corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide legal advice on corporate transactions, contracts, and business operations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements related to real estate, land acquisition, leasing, and agribusiness projects.
- Ensure compliance with corporate snd real estate regulations.
- Handle legal due diligence for property acquisitions and business investments.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, contract disputes, and negotiations.
- Work closely with government agencies for permits, land titles, and regulatory approvals.
- Develop risk management strategies to protect company assets and operations.
- Stay updated on legal developments and changes in real estate and agribusiness laws.
Licensed Lawyer with a strong background in corporate and real estate law.
Proven experience in legal advisory roles within the real estate and/or agribusiness industries.
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
