  • Proficient in meat quality assessment, including freshness, marbling, color, texture, and odor, across various cuts and animal types.
  • Hands-on experience in butchering techniques for beef, pork & poultry—ensuring portion control, yield optimization, and hygienic practices.
  • Knowledgeable in food safety standards, HACCP principles, GMP, and sanitation protocols relevant to raw and processed meat products.
  • Skilled in conducting inspections of incoming and outgoing food items, ensuring compliance with internal specs and client requirements.
  • Familiar with documentation and reporting of non-conformance, spoilage, temperature logs, and corrective actions.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in cold storage and fast-paced food preparation environments.
  • Willing to assign in Premium Choice Meatshop-Shorthorn Branch
