QAQC Inspector (Boiler) with NDT Certificates for PT and UT, Active BOSH Certificate, and 5+ Years QAQC Experience:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced QAQC Inspector (Boiler) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting quality assurance and quality control inspections on boiler systems, utilizing non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques such as PT and UT, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The candidate must have an active BOSH certificate and a minimum of 5 years of QAQC experience in the boiler industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive quality inspections on boiler systems, components, and installations

• Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) using PT and UT methods to identify defects and ensure product integrity

• Interpret and apply relevant codes, standards, and specifications to ensure compliance

• Maintain detailed inspection records and generate comprehensive reports

• Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues

• Provide technical guidance and training to project personnel on QAQC best practices

• Ensure adherence to all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of QAQC experience in the boiler industry

• Valid BOSH (Boiler Operation Safety Handbook) certificate

• NDT certifications in PT (Penetrant Testing) and UT (Ultrasonic Testing)

• Strong knowledge of boiler systems, components, and related industry standards

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficient in report writing and documentation
