Job Role
As a Sales Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of B2B Sales strategies and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Your Impact: What You'll Do
Leads Generation
- Identify and target potential B2B clients through market research, and networking
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues
Meeting Conversion Strategy Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet conversion targets
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals to potential clients to generate interest
Physical Prospecting at Events
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to identify and engage with potential clients
- Represent the company professionally at events, showcasing our products/services and generating interest
- Develop event-specific strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion
- Collect and manage contact information from potential leads encountered during events
- Follow up promptly with new contacts post-event to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales opportunities
Market Analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team to help refine sales strategies
Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system
- Performance reporting of individual and team-level activities
Speaking Engagement
- Presentation either virtual or in-person through various speaking engagements or webinars
Conducting Financial Education to select target accounts
Others that may be assigned by any representative of the Employer from time to time either through direct written order or by oral assignment
What We're Looking For: Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of progressively B2B Acquisition and field sales experience (required)
- Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills
- Strong researching skills
- Proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of product selling points
- Four-year post-secondary education/Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Residing in Metro Manila (preferred)
