About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC'. This full-time, dayshift position is based in Bayanan, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, and will be responsible for providing exceptional non-voice customer service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice channels
  2. Providing accurate and timely information to customers
  3. Resolving customer issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and communicate feedback to the team
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  4. Familiarity with customer service tools and software
  5. Prior experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred
  6. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  7. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
