About the role

Top Alliance is seeking a talented and customer-focused Call Center Agent - Non Voice to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Manggahan, Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through non-voice channels, such as email, chat, and social media. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively, while upholding the company's values and reputation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests via non-voice channels, including email, chat, and social media
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  3. Provide accurate information and guidance to customers, ensuring their satisfaction
  4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer concerns
  6. Continuously improve customer service processes and identify opportunities for enhancement
  7. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in a non-voice capacity
  2. Strong written communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information in a clear and concise manner
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to handle a wide range of customer inquiries
  4. Proficient in using various customer service tools and software, such as CRM systems and chat platforms
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and maintain a positive attitude
  6. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is a must
  7. Familiarity with the Call Centre & Customer Service industry is preferred
