About the role
Auxilia Inc' is seeking a driven and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our rapidly growing team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional non-voice customer support to our valued clients. Based in our Maybunga, Pasig City office, this role is an excellent opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in customer service.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice channels in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with a wide range of queries and issues, providing accurate and helpful information
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products, services, and policies to effectively address customer needs
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on open cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
What we're looking for
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency in using computer software and online tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but not required for those with the right attitude and potential
