What we're looking for

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Proficiency in using computer software and online tools

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but not required for those with the right attitude and potential
