About the role

YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION' is seeking a talented Non Voice account | CSR Content Mod (Bridgetowne Site) to join our dynamic team in Rosario, Pasig City, Metro Manila. This full-time position plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and content moderation support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing non-voice customer service support, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via various communication channels
  2. Performing content moderation tasks to ensure the quality and appropriateness of user-generated content
  3. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or department for resolution
  4. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions and content moderation activities
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and enhance the customer experience
  6. Continuously expanding your product knowledge and skills to provide the best possible support

What we're looking for

  1. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  3. Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  4. Familiarity with content moderation best practices and principles
  5. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  6. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or content moderation role
