About the role

AGVILL RESOURCES INC' is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our call centre team in Parang Marikina City Metro Manila. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  2. Listening to customer concerns, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members as needed
  5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient service
  6. Continuously improving customer service skills and product knowledge

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
