About the role

We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Service Representatives at our Marikina City, Metro Manila location. As a frontline representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. What you'll be doing

  • Answering inbound customer calls and responding to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information and effective solutions to customer problems
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of all activities
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or department for further assistance
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
  • Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to effectively resolve customer issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to navigate various software and databases
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team environment
