Brief Qualifications & Primary Job Descriptions:
The B2B Sales Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with travel agencies, expanding supplier resources, and growing the company's resource database. The role focuses on promoting and selling our inbound and outbound travel products to maximize sales revenue.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential travel agency partners for product distribution.
- Present, promote, and sell company travel products to travel agencies and corporate partners.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and business terms with B2B clients.
- Manage client accounts, provide after-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect and organize industry resources, including travel agencies, wholesalers, and suppliers, to expand the company's resource database.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-quality suppliers to secure competitive products and rates.
- Participate in travel fairs, networking events, and sales presentations.
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth delivery of products to agency clients.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, or tourism industry.
- Strong network with local travel agencies and suppliers is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and resource development skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good command of English;
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willing to travel locally for client visits.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
