About the Role:

Bossjob is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. You'll be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and helping scale our presence in the market. This role reports directly to the Sales Manager and offers strong career growth potential for high performers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
  • Prospect and qualify new leads within the assigned territory
  • Build strong, lasting client relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demos
  • Handle negotiations, objections, and close deals independently
  • Track sales activities and prepare regular sales performance reports
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to refine strategy and execution

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • Minimum 1–5 years of sales experience (role is open to both Junior and Senior candidates)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., ZOHO) and Microsoft Office

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in recruitment, HR tech, or SaaS industries
  • Familiarity with the Philippine market
